I have a cousin that has a 300zx non-turbo, and told me that he race a CL-S the other night and beat it by a mile... When he told me that I got pissed ... and now I want to show him that my CL-S would his sorry ass 300ZX....But really deep I wounder can I beat him??

 

man those non turbo Z's are heavy and you should be able to beat it no problem. but not by like 1/2 mile or anything. if not just go sneek some headers in your car!!

I raced a 300zx tt the other night from a light, he had me by like 1-2 car legnthes till 100 then i gave up cuz our cars are dogs after 100.

 

Oh yea definitely. Non-turbo 300ZXs aren't worth anything, show him the pretty exhaust pipes.

 

Don't mess with the 300ZX TT. He'll eat your lunch.

Well da 300z nonturbo is pretty damn slow... its like a toothless doberman.. mean look, mean growl.. no bite ...

Actually is a gr8 engine .. but its in a sled... very similar to what ours ours but more so the NSX..

Direct ignition system, distributorless with 6 ignition coils(Same as ours).
10.5 : 1 compression ratio (Same as ours).

BTW , dey make shit HP on the dyno even in stick (even tho they only got 222HP)
They make decent torque though (dohc) ...

So unless iz heavily modded and da guy knows how to beat on it... you should win... or be neck n neck...
