Camber Kit???

Here to tell you all definetly get a camber kit if you lower your car very much. Who has a camber kit? Which did you go with? My car is probably lowered over 2" I would say, and there is unbelievable wear on the inner tires. (Front only, rear seems to be fine?!) So what kit did you go with and all that good stuff?

Ingalls has a front and rear camber kit. The rears are both camber and toe adjustable. There exensive, but the best on the market.

Also I should meantion, before you spend the money for one, have you had your car aligned ? If not, go to a good shop with 4 wheel alginment machine and ask for a print out. Look at the print out and see if they were able to get it within factory specs. If they did, then you shouldn't need an alignment kit...

yeah can we get some more info on this topic because i am getting those new coilovers that dont destroy the soft ride of your vehicle and i heard a camber kit is a necessity for these lowering kits if you dont want to destroy your wheels and tires. ANYONE???

Do you know if Comptech makes a camber kit (front and rear) for either the TL or CL for year 2001?

Thanks

Comptech does make the camber kit for the front of your car, but not rears- yet. Of course you really dont need the front

Comptech worked together with Ingalls to make the kits.

Thanks for the reply. And your on target. The only tire thats a tiny bit off spec is the left rear.

fyi, I too was worried about getting a camber kit. Yet, I just installed eibach pro-kits and was able to align the car to within specs without the kit.
