CAI question

just wondering if anyone has put a aem v2 intake i was told they had one for the cls and then somone told me they dont make it for this car.

I belive they make it for the 03' auto but not for the 03' 6 speed

Just go with the standard AEM CIA...don't waste you're money.

They don't make the V2 for the 6speed yet.

if you already have an intake, i hear it is a waste of money. But if you dont have an intake, it will give you the extra 2-4 horses that the icebox gives, have a great cai sound, but no protect you from deep water puddles.

it might be more expensive then a regular aem cai but the v2 isent a cold air it dosent go all the way down to the end of the bumper its a bit higher up sp less chance of water coming in without using a bypass valve

The V2 is a CAI... it's just about the same size as the regular AEM.

Right now it's only available for the CL-P... no Type-S version for at least another 6 weeks (which is the current estimate). One of our members customized a V2 to fit his Type-S... so if you do a search you should find the topic.....

i always thought the v2 was a lil shorter but i guess not
anyway ill do the search and see what i get
