P275/35ZR18 (Front), C6 Performance, F1 EMTs or new HP design
P325/30ZR19 (Rear), C6 Performance, F1 EMTs or new HP design
USA Today November 23, 2003 - " The C6 goes on sale next fall as an '05 model. Tom Wilkinson, GM spokesman, says it'll be priced close to the current model, which starts at $44,000."
The guy is leaking a little bit at a time though...

I agree that it would make sense, but their 4-speed auto is very stout and with all the torque this engine makes, the extra gears aren't that big a deal.

The new C6 sounds like its gonna be a winner. Good news to anyone who wants a C5 as the already low resale prices will drop even more.
This car is gonna be sick, hope its not too pricey though. They key selling point of the vette was its value per dollar. It is the best bang for the buck sports car ever, and has always been cheaper than almost every other sport car on the market. Cars like the supercharged cobra make take one in a straight line, but never on the track. The vette is a ferrari fighter for a quater of the cost. Also that 4 speed is known to put out better and more consistant times in the 1/4 than the manual, and it holds mods much better.
