Bought a 123456 speed today!

Yeah I lurked here for four years and sold my TL to my brother, and I just picked up a red CL-S 6 speed, 28,000 miles for $18,750. I tried a few E36 M3's but I just couldn't leave! Showroom condition all stock but not for long....

Congrats!

Now I just feel depressed that with only 28K miles, it only goes for $18.5K I think you saved $10K for that 28K miles...

Congrats on the pickup "chuckstl". Right now, I'm in the market to find a 6speed ABP, NBP or SMR w/ Navi under 20,000 miles in excellent condition from a dealer. I wanna go thru a dealer because I kinda want the extended warranty. BTW, i'm not traveling over 1500 miles just to pick one up.

Can't you buy an extended warranty without purchasing the car from a dealer??
Are you talking about a certified car warranty?

??? Must have been given bad info... That's what I get for listening to the dealer and not researching things on my own If I can then I'll research the info and not limit the search to DEALER only...

Yes you can. You can shop around for an Acura warranty from dealers around the country, or get one from one of the other warranty companies.

The cost does get higher as the mileage on the car gets higher, so if you're thinking of buying an extended warranty, do it as quickly as you can.

That's good to know. What do you think extended warranties run for, and who do I contact if I buy from a private seller? Thanks...

Look for Curry Acura (I think) on eBay. They have great pricing on Acura extended warranties.
