Aren't most of the engines they steal the Integra GSR motor because they dump it into a lighter Civic and get a pretty good platform for making a fast car with? I know a bunch of people that did it legally and have Civics or CRX's that run in the 11's.

I don't think the J32A is a popular engine to steal. Our HIDs on the other hand are very popular
