just got my income tax check and i've decided i want rims.

I want Bersaglio Spoke II rims (non chrome) 18x8

Who has these? Where the hell do i get em? Can't find anything online as far as pricing and where to get....

I PREFER these wheels over the one's i was originally looking into (SSR GT1 18x8) which i got quoted for $2100 w/ tires including mounting, balanced, and installed.

Which rim is better? I know the SSRs are forged wheels which means their stronger i guess.... ? Bersaglio's forged? whats the benefit of forged wheels?

I LOVE these Bersaglio's tho... I want em! I know their not cheap, but i still want em...

BERSAGLIO's

SSR's

(had to steal some pics for the sake of illustration, hope u guys dont mind)

Bersaglios > SSR's
SSR'S are too skinny and plain for me.

You can do a search for Mike at Value Car Audio. I believe he has pretty decent pricing on all wheels. Good luck and post pics when you get your rollers.

ValueTL has them, but I think those are not Bersaglios, but rather Lowenhart BR-5s.

Shawn S has Bersaglios in chome, mantis23 is riding on BR-5s 19"

Bersaglio Spoke II= Lowenhart BR-5s

Same factory..just rebadged and Bersaglios are cheaper (in price).

I drool over these rims. Should I get Axis Mod Sevens or save up for Besaglios? hmmm.

ahhh!! i wish i can afford 19's adam... i can only afford to splurge for 18's tho... after all, i'm justifying a rim/tire purchase after ONE bent stock rim and bubble on tire.

amir.. you're right... completely different. the ssr's are more plain, but nice, yet the bersaglio's bring out the inner "bling" with style without overdoing it...

thanks for the info ya'll

Yes, as I’ve said before both Bersaglio & Lowenhart are made at the same factory in Japan.
The only thing that is different is the center cap and of course the PRICE.
Lowenhart is the only one that is imported into the USA and the price reflects that.
Bersaglio is sold only in Japan and Mike (ValueTL) uses his Asian contacts to import them in limited supply.
He is based in Hawaii and is the only one that I’m aware of that is doing this.

Shawn S

PS… It would cost you about 400-500 bucks more to go from 18 to 19 inch.
But tires will definitely be more expensive and you’ll have less of a selection to choose from.

Forged wheels are formed by heating and pressing the metal into shape.

It’s all explained right here in my instruction manual.
Can anyone read this ???
