Battery in Trunk / Handling?

You think having the battery in the trunk:

will affect the handling at all? Assuming a 50lb. battery it changes the weight distribution almost 1.5% from the stock 62/38 to 60.6/39.4, so that should help a little, right? Also did it to help with the Comptech spring rake issue... I think it helped a little!

Ironically, you end up loosing a bit of traction off the line. But you improve your handling in the twisties...

All the talk of hyperground wires increasing hp would worry me that you'd lose HP with this.

I do love the idea though. I'd love to see someone ditch the spare tire and put the battery in there. I guess that'd keep the F/R ratio that same, but overall lighter car.
