I'm thinking about buying and installing a Basslink sub. I just want to add to stock radio. Anybody with experience with this unit please help. Bose says nothing can be added to the stock unit. I'm having a hard time believing that but don't want to buy the sub only to find that major surgery is needed to install. Any advice is welcomed.

 

I have it, Nothing to it. Some power, ground, turn on lead, & line out converter. Or just use the speaker livel inputs on the Bass Link.

 

got one installed a couple of months ago. sounds great. basslink now comes with remote volume control.
