automatic window/sunroof open by holding 'unlock' button...

yeah, our cars don't do it, but 04+ TLs do. i did a search. wondering if anyone knows what components make it work, and if it'd be possible to do it on a 2nd gen CL.

just a random thought. im bored and tired. :p

Yeah, that would be a nice feature. All of the Bimmers, the Infinity, and the Benz my folks have owned do or did it.

Seems like it would be in the switch or the relay. Maybe you could buy the switch and see what you could do with it?

I can't speak for the TL, but the accord loaner I had didn't close the windows only put them down. I would think it would be more usefull the other way around.

Also this can be easily accomplished with an aftermarket alarm. Almost every decent alarm out now days has this as an option

Oops! I misinterpreted what you were talking about... I thought you were asking about a one touch close/open sunroof button.

You can close it by putting the key in the lock and turning it twice to the lock position and holding it on the 2nd turn. The first turn will lock the doors and the 2nd one will close the windows and sunroof.
