NO. That is the DEI window module. It will only work with an aftermarket alarm. I know it works with Clifford, DEI, Viper, not sure how hard it would be to get it to work with another alarm.

You could prolly try the Lex GS module since that hooks up to a stock alarm system. But I don't know any system that can hook up to the stock for sure.

but see i dont know if anyone caught this or not, this module allows the windows to roll up and roll down with the car off, and it is controlled either by timing or by a remote button on the key fob.

You might be able to have the windows close based on a timer, but no way you'll get the stock remote fob to control them. You'd have to figure out a way for the module to recognize a signal from the OEM key fob, which I don't believe is possible.

so pretty much the only way possible is the get a viper or any other alarm system that carries this module.

Yeah, you'd really want some control over the windows. Even if you were able to hook this up to the OEM alarm, you wouldn't be able to control them.

Get a Viper with the module built in.

no you dont absolutely have to have an aftermarket alarm system to make it work. what makes the windows roll up is just a constant ground. you dont need any special type of signal from a DEI alarm. i've never tried to hook one up to a factory keyless entry, but to say that its impossible isnt true at all. the keyless entry module must have some wire that you can use in some way to get a constant ground when you lock the doors using the key FOB....such as using a latching relay.
