anyone ever have a noise coming from lumbar section of seat?

went to get my S from the dealer today and when i sat in it my seat made a cracking sound, almost a pop. i told my rep it has never done this before so i left my car there AGAIN! its a pretty annoying sound, all you have to do is lean back into the seat. anyone else have this? ohh...wanna hear some funny shit? they claimed my car was sounding like a dirt bike and running on 5 cylinders due to bad gas. they added fuel treatment and replaced my injectors now the car hauls ass again hmmm maybe i can get a new seat too!

I've had that sound coming from the seat for the past few months, just too lazy to go to the dealer. Maybe on Sat. I'll get that looked at. I'll post my findings.

I got it too, but usually only during cold weather. I took the car in in march, (on a warmest day of the cold week), and couldn't reproduce it that day.

I have it as well. Thinks it's worth mentioning?

If you can reproduce it, I think you should mention it. I think the tl had a similar problem with the seatbelt fastener, wonder if that would be it.

its 100% worth it. the dealer kept my car when the rep sat in it and felt, heard it . i will post THE FIX when they call me later today. i really hope its a new seat! the rep said the lumbar support is a bag and mine could be broken. im sure they arent gonna cut open our seats, so i say they will replace them.
