Huh? You think ours is too long?

I guess that you can lop off the last inch or so, machine some new threads and then screw the handle back on...but why?

HMMM...

I actually think the throw on the shifter is pretty close.. I like it compared to my old cars and some new ones i test drove..

But in reference to your question... i don't think you will find a short throw made specifically for our cars for awhile... you might be able to find another application from over on the accord page or something..but i dunno ... keep us posted on your findings

If I remember correctly, the knob on the 6 speed is fairly long. It seems that just changing the knob would shorten the shifter by maybe 3/4 inch. The throws would be even shorter then.
Not sure its needed but to each his own.
