Anyone know where we can get these?

I was going to guess, LED, with fiberoptics? Looks killer. I bet you could get a very cool look out of some fiber Optics, and LED. I'm just not about to take apart my head lights. I've been lucky case its an 01, and they don't leak! I plan to keep it that way.
is there a projector unit in the low beams? they entire housing and interior reflective area looks completely blacked out, but i cant tell if theres a projector unit in there

And...
There are members on Azine that could do it for you.
Here is the thing to consider...some of the companies I have seen offer a warranty (leaks, condensation) on the work and I doubt you would get the same treatment from a member.
I feel more comfortable going with a company that does that on a regular basis rather than experimental.
There are companies that will do the retrofit because I have looked it up before.

retrofitsource.com and customlightz.com...they are good to go with cause you get the warranty and professiional work but I do all my lights and my friends' lights myself. Saves them about 600 bucks and saves me about 800. If the lights I do happen to leak (they havent before) I fix them for free and replace the ballast or bulb if damaged by moisture. I havent had time or good weather to get any out recently though.

all you need to do is install the blue led on the back side of the housing when the lamp is apart and get one of the tubes for the angle eyes and run it along the inside of the lamp
OR
run a line of clear silicone along whatever part you want to light up and make sure one end is covering the led. Simple
