WTF 13.7 with the 3.5, headers, and intake .

I mean thats a true time, Fla. weather is the hardest to deal with. FK I can only do a 13.7 with a 75 shot. DAMMMMMM .

I'm just trying to egg them on... although I am pretty confident of a sub 13.5-second ET naturally aspirated. I did some math on my turbocharged pass... for with slicks per my MPH, ET should have been (at sea level) 12.4x. So... low 13's are possible NA

I hit a 13.9 with that... minus the exhaust. I had some Nitto's that gave me a 2.1 60-foot... but that probably helps 0.1-second, I think.... so add the exhaust and you can run 13's.

i'd like to see that,

as a matter of fact lou the 6 speeds arent puttin good #'s unless they are on drag radials, this car isnt that fuckin powerful, be a man and use street tires.

14.2 for my setup is excellent, i'm not scared of any 6 speed cl-s at the track, yes his/her car might be more powerful but that dont mean dick if u cant drive

I blew it, i was supposed to go last Wednesday night but i found a nail in my tire in the morning and didn't have time to get it taken care of. I'll go next time, i'm very curious but i've never done a quarter before and i may not get the best times right away.

It's bound to happen sooner or later. You have the advantage of bigger displacement and I have the advantage of the 6spd... so its up for grabs I suppose... although I am in no hurry and want to dyno the car before attempting anything like that.

They already are...

Between several projects at the office and the one's I need to get down around here (it has been a long time since I hung crown molding so I hosed half I bought) I hardly have time to wash the cars. I was supposed to go to SDR on the April 27th but wound up at the office moving mailboxes from one Exchange server to another.

Not to mention I couldn't run with the pinging issue with the higher boost pulley. More on that later but I am trying to get some time in the next few weeks to go up to Atlanta Dragway and run. I need to get the pinging 100% completely solved (at about 90% now but that little occasional knock is not welcome) or just put on the other pulley; I am at a decision point.

I guess I could go and run some 103 octane but that would not be a good indication of the street performance which I am sure most are interested in.

I also still need to put on the springs which have been sitting in the garage for over two months now.

it wont really even help out that much, if there was 2 identical cl-s one w/ a cai and the other one was stock, lets say u run at the track in 75 deg weather and the other runs in 60 deg weather the stock cl-s will post a better time given equal launches.

just get a 2.2-2.3 60 foot and u can prolly go 14.8-15.0ish

Ditto... I've posted the exact same question before and yet no one responded. Hmmm... maybe they're too embarrassed because they spent all that $$$ for little gain.

Jumping the gun aren't ya...

See my response above. Also, The SC has only been on for a couple of month and the tracks around here opened just over a month ago so there hasn't been numerious opportunities.

I will be going soon, albeit running at 1200' and in 80 - 90 degree temps, but I will not hesitate to share my times. I just got done putting back on the standard pulley which I will tune the fuel in the next few days. Then the springs go on. And then I will head to the track.

Remember, there are only four SC's installed so far on this forum that I am aware of. Times will be shown soon enough...

All times are GMT -5. The time now is 01:12 PM.
