Any rims to offer?

I'm looking for 17 inch rims. I was thinking about ADR or RS Limited rims at victoria tires&wheels, but can't find out the offsets.
I'm looking for 48 offsets.
first, is ADR or RS Limited any good? I don't think there are 48 offets.
Do you know any of ADR or RS Rims with 48 offsets? or do you recommend any other companies with similar prices in 48 offsets? not bad quality though.

what is your budget? I would get 18's or 19's if I was upgrading my wheels.....I'd rather keep the stock 17's then upgrading to aftermarket 17" wheels (unless they were super light wheels for the track).

about $800 (that's why I was gonna buy 17 and use same tires). with that money, I don't think I can get 18 rims and tires.
Also, I got eibach pro-kit, and little worried if I get the roll. What offset would be good with eibach pro?

any rims to recommend with that money : ( I don't think so.......
I need $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
