Any onefix their own power window?

My passenger window on my '97 CL recently stopped working. I haven't removed the door panel to take a closer look. I searched through the forum to see if anyone has done their own repair work. Also looked through the archive section. When I look down through the top of the window slat opening, I can see a cable moving around. Does anyone have any experience fixing their own window, or what could I expect from the dealerships. I'm in LA, anyone have any experiences with Keyes Acura in Van Nuys?

Power windows are a pain in the butt to fix, you have to remove both the interior door panel, plus the middle metal door panel, and a lot of stuff has to be lined up PERFECTLY. If it were my acura I would take it somewhere, that stuff usually runs under $150.
