Another 911TT - win this time

I ran a 911TT yesterday morning... freeways were quite empty, so we had several opportunities.

This was not an X50 and I say that because I pulled in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear. The only time I had it tough was when he accelerated first and then I floored it trying to catch up; in that situation it took to around 140mph before I pulled even.

He appeared quite shocked and left without any type of banter.

Was fun

Yes, yes... I'd have no chance from the dig - we have been through that many times!

dude, take it easy! lol. your on stock suspension now, so handling is pretty crappy at those speeds.
quick question though: from your experience, would you estimate the e55 to be faster than the 911tt?

Yup, E55 is definately faster than a stock 911TT... maybe even with one with the X50 package.

the e55 really is the ultimate drag/luxury car and within a reasonable cost. it can smoke a 911tt and 360 while offering loads of luxury at the same time, plus you dont have to do shit but punch it. nice runs, i love hearing about all these porsches getting it handed to them!

Sweet deal. Probably need to detune it for fear of melting the tranny. It'd be a blast until that happened though!
