I just bought a 2002 CL-s and was bout to do my first oil change.
Been reading all these great things about AMSOIL synthetic and was wondering if any of yall out there use it in your cars ? Particularly, the 20w-50 racing oil.

 

i used 0-30 20-50 way too much

 

0-30 and a couple filters are on their way to me.

 

since we're on the subject of filters, do you also use AMSOIL heavy duty filter, or just plain ole Honda brand ? Im not sure myself if there's really much difference here btwn the two.

 

I'm gettin the Amsoil, SDF20. There's a comparison page out there that tests various filters, do some searchin.

 

You should try royal purple It's awsome my last road trip i got 525 miles on my tank thats the best ive ever had. and i avg. 75mph. granted my tank was pretty much totaly empty by that point.
