Akebono brake pads, opinions?
Its been a year since I had Akebano front pads and Brembo blanks installed. So far its pretty good. I do mostly city driving.
I am going to install Akebono rear pads as well. Seems to be a good replacement for OEM pads if you are not crazzy about perfomance and etc.

I just put Akebono ProACT pads on the front when I put on slotted/driller rotors. I like the bite they have and they are definitely much better than OEM. I plan on doing the rear soon also...
They have my approval!

Akebono supposed to be rotor friendly and reduce warping. They are not cheap pads, they cost about the same as stock, but I think Akebono gives you a better value for your buk (compared to stock OEM pads).
