well here's the thing...........my sis got a jenson Jensen MP3310 http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S-kWzyJE4QwhC/ProdView.asp?s=0&c=3&g=300&I=110MP3310&o=m&a=0&cc= 01&avf=N and within the past 2 months its been crap...the main prob is it mutes for no reason....go to turn the volume up it mutes, go to change the song it mutes...drive over a bump it mutes.......i know its not the best unit out there but my sister isnt in to all that stuff she just wanted a cheap unit that would play her MP3's.........any suggestions on what to do......we bought the warrenty but we think the year was up last month.....all help is thanked
