Ok Guys/Gals.......This is the situation, I have posted a thread

I have the opportunity to get an 89 GTA, but it has been sitting for a couple of years.....What types of problems may I occur with a car that has been sitiing for that long period of time! The car starts but overheats, could be the coolant system or oil not circulating, that is all mechanicallythat I know as of now! Exterior just a couple of areas are faded, nothing a good detail and respray will fix!! My mechanic/friend who is a pontiac/GM nut is coming with me to see the car! Besides that, what other situations can arise from that??

These are the things that I know that would be a problem and need to be fixed or changed:

Oil change, tune-up(plugs,wires,etc) tranny flush change, air filter, coolant system replaced or flushed, detail,...???

**I realize some people either like these cars or hate them, Everybody has there own opinion and I respect that!! So I need advice in this car talk thread, no comments here, make comments on the other thread if you would like in ramblings!**

That would be a great trailer queen car to drop a worked 350 in and throw giant slicks on it .. and tow it to the track
