Acura CLS6 Convertible!
Well, Sort of.
DO NOT POST DIBS ON PARTS! A THREAD IN THE BM WILL BE OPENED TOMORROW WHEN I GET A FEW MORE PARTS OFF THE CAR AND CAN POST THEM FOR SALE!

Hard top Convertible!

I'm going to cut off the window frames tomorrow as I didnt have any energy left to tackle it today. Doesnt look bad from the rear if you ask me.
Meh, still parting the damn thing. There is too much frame damage to fix it and turn a profit. EVEN IF IT HAS A CLEAN TITLE. WHICH IT DOES.
I know that the tire is low on air...
BTW. Motor looks brand new and the tranny goes through the gears like butter:

I'm going to pull it out of my warehouse tomorrow and drive it up and down the parking lot to see how she shifts.

LOL I spent about 4 hours ripping that damn roof off.. Then vacuuming it out was not fun either with all the glass. Oh and I cut my finger again. Pretty deep, again. Oh well. thats what you get when you deal with twisted metal and glass.

My CLS6 tranny died. There are a few threads about it happening.
So my options at the time were:
New: $5800
Wholesale: $4500
Rebuild: $3000
Used (could not find ANY at the time when I was looking for them Now I am watching 2) $1500
So I bought a totaled CLS6 and will be parting her out to the community.

This is just a parts car that came out cheaper than a tranny for my car.
My CLS is still in my garage with a dead tranny so this one will be used for just the tranny and the steering rack. EVERYTHING ELSE (if not damaged) must go.

Mileage is higher. 100,788 however the car was not beaten at all. I spoke with the previous owner today and he did the oil changes every 3000 miles religiously and he even sent me over the service records of the car. Everything was done at the dealer all the time other than the basics like oil, tires, ect..
Now due to this being the S motor, the price will automatically be higher than a Non-S motor. Also, due to the rarity of these engines, and the much needed parts that are already on it for a 6 speed swap, I think it deserves a higher price on top...
Now, the navi is fully functional. I was playing with it before I parted the whole thing. Works like a charm. That will be up in a matter of days in the BM once I get everything out of the car and the shell is scrapped.
Trunk had 3 dents on it and covered in sap. I will be having a pdr guy come over to pull the dents from my CLS and the ones on this trunk and hood along with a few on the Supra and RL. SO at that time I will be posting it up for sale.
The center caps I have posted a price in the BM thread.
