Acura cl-s mufflers!

Is there any difference between the CL-S Mufflers and Base CL mufflers?

I am planning to put the cl-s mufflers on my cl. Would there be any fitment issue?

THANKS GUYS!

Is there a difference between the 01/02/03 auto trans shift knobs or steering wheel? The nice aluminum pedals were made by a vendor here, supercomputer. Not sure if there are any left or if he's still making them. He made them for autos too.

wait but back to his question because i was wondering the same thing:

are the Cl-S mufflers more free flowing, would they benefit the Cl-P???

I know the '03 muffler have a slightly thicker chrome tip, which is different aesthetically. and as you also asked, they will fit fine!

Thats a great question as well, we know it will fit for sure. But what are the advantages of the cl-s mufflers compared to the cl-p besides looks?

CL-S mufflers are more free flowing (as stated above)
which is where some of the extra HP that the CL-S has comes from.

The MUFFLERS between a CL-P and a CL-S are purely aesthetic changes you can make to your car.
Its the MID-MUFFLER on the two cars that makes the difference...on the Type-S its about half the size of the Premium version.
Hope I helped.

1. There's no difference between the shift knobs unless you have a 6-speed.
2. personally I think you should get the '01-'02 Type-S wheels because to me they look a WHOLE lot better (5-spoke solid vs. 6-spoke split)
3. You listed '03 Mufflers twice...
4. If you want a more free-flowing exhaust get rid of your mid-muffler.
5. If you get the steering wheel with the silver accents then you'd have to convert your whole interior to make it match or else it would look outta place.

I know member alxmlr789 just replaced his '03 CL-s wheels, so he might want to sell them. He is located in South Florida.
