accesory question

did the 03 CLS6 ever have foglights? DRL's? window visors?

did most of the CL's come with stock spoiler? i really cant stand stock spoilers.

btw, do the cls6 only come in the brushed aluminum trim?

01 and 02 had road lamps... Some 03 owners like to add them to their cars... I like the look without them, and since they aren't really foglights, they don't give out that much light, so they are mainly for looks.

Window visors are aftermarket.

I think there's probably more without the factory spoiler then with... but who know for sure...

I think on the 01-02's the ebony came with "bowling ball trim" and the parchment came with the fake wood...

Bowling ball trim:

The "Bowling Ball" trim doesnt look bad on an ebony interior. But id only keep the console trim, and door trims. All that extra dash and radio vinyl is just nasty.....looks so cheap and fake imo

yeaa i agree, all that extra stuff looks retarded, on my CLS its limited to only the doors and the console, the radio and dash are without the trim...

No fog lights
No DRL
There was 1 company that had window visors, not sure if they make them anymore. Wasn't a dealer option.
Black interior only had the aluminum trim.
Tan interior had only the wood trim
Most cars have spoilers because it was a dealer option & car dealers are here to make money so adding a spoiler then jacking the cars price up $500 cause it has 1 is common practice with any car dealer.
Also note most cars have mud flaps & wheel locks for the same reason.

sorry, but i cant search 3 letter words like lip or kit or lip kit =/

anyways, what front lip is that?

as for the TL full lip kit. wit it work on the CL as well? is fitment going to take a little custom work or does it bolt right on.

i think its weathertech that makes the visors. the TL has the weathertech option and the JDM ones.

nice to know bout the interior coloring fuzzy. did the 03 black int. ever have that black wood grain?

ill prolly swap woodgrain trims with somebody.

NO. Fuzzy said no, and I said no... If you are going to ask the same question over and over again and expect a different answer, it's just not going to happen

Tam, try to keep up here...

it can't be that difficult to cut out that little thin bottom piece and add a little glass. a whole lot less work than molding the TL lip. upon a second look he might not have even added fiberglass to fill it back in. just cut it out and left it. hard to tell though from the angle of the photo.

in case you haven't seen the original VS lip (stolen from Kspec)

it is probably custom made. i see RJ has one similar as well.

i wonder if the CL grill can use the gutter guard we used on the TL. looks like ur grill is bigger though.
