my friend had the same car with the same setup plus the downpipe and at the time i only had the icebox and we used to go to the track all the time and race eachother it was close at the start but as the speed increased i used to walk away from him everytime and i used to always beat him from a roll, but off the line that car was pretty quick. he used to always run 15@92-3mph i used to run 14.8-15 but i always traped 2-3 mph faster than he did.
Definitely check the IMRC you should waste the krautburner chipped or not.
When I bought my CLs Certified from the stealership the IMRC was not working. I had the intake and injectors cleaned and it made a big difference.
I have yet to hear of chips making any real world difference in naturally aspirated cars. Unless it raises the boost I believe it would do little for the blown VW also.
