Is this 6spd the same

Just wondering if the 05 tl 6spd w/ overdrive is the same as the 03 cl 6 spd. Trying to do a swap.

Only the flywheel is different between the two. Theoretically it should bolt up just fine.

Even if it bolts right up will all the wiring be the same as the regular 6 spd swap?
