3.5 Liter Upgrade? Pros and Cons????

Hello, i'm interested in the 3.5 liter upgrade but after doing search after search, i really don't know what exactly it is and how it affects the car. I know that it can produce like 25-30 horsepower, but how would it affect the transmission? What kind of torque does it produce? How much is it and how much is install?
Etc, etc.

Can someone list the pro's and con's of getting a 3.5 liter upgrade for a Type S?

Also, where do I get the 3.5 liter upgrade? Is that after market or through Acura?

torque steer-when the car pulls to one side or the other under acceleration because the power is coming through the same wheels that steer it.

Cons...you're most likely gonna have to drive down to FL to have it done. I don't know many East-Coast dealers that will touch the install.

And has anyone confirmed that Rick Case Acura is still doing them now that whats-his-name left?

yup

and because this car is FWD it does not handle well. in addition the cl has a pretty bad weight ratio, and a stock cl-s is pretty much dangerous to drive in the twisty roads while driving fast!

also driving my dads Z i am now SOLD to the fact that RWD ownzs FWD and i swear that i will never in my life purchase another FWD car again! its either going to be RWD or AWD.

but if you have the money and want more power go for the 3.5L upgrade. you should do well in straight races and on the highway
