3.2 Handling vs.3.2-S...Which is best?

Conversating with a friend, I came up on the discussion of which car handles better.
The 3.2 or the 3.2 type s? Since I havent been able to compare with anyone I was wondering if anyone had some insight on this subject. Lets keep it simple...comparison on stock cars.

Depends what "better" means.

To a lexus driver, the CL would be considered to handle better...handle bumps that is

:captobvious: The typeS is a CLP with a sport suspension.

If you want a soft ride get the CLP. If you want a sporty ride get the CLS.

I know you were speaking in terms of suspension components.
Also Type-S-ers get:

Larger/wider wheels
Less restrictive Exhaust
Perforated more supportive seats
VSA
Two stage intake system
260 HP
all I can think of.
