red 6 speed on ebay, looks to be in good condition, wonder how high the reserve is. Looks like it has some ugly fender guards on for some reason.

That car is very clean. There is a huge problem with having fender guards though. When the dealers install them, they use adhesive that sticks like glue, which prevents you from taking off the front bumper to do any mods. If you peel off the fender guards, they take the paint off with it

yea probably damaged the paint underneath. I just noticed the speaker grills on the inside have that common water leaking stain that cl's get.

Something definitely happened to this car. It seems there is water damage and if you look closely at the pic of the driver side headlight the bumper does not line up properly. I would steer clear.

I saw this setup with these rims a few months ago and agree it looks really good, too bad they're 17's...but I still may just get them if I come across a decent deal on them.

17's or not, they look good. Also, when are you gonna post some updates in your build thread? I'm anxious to see how the progress is coming along?

Hmm, that is intriguing to me, since I have a white CLS. Could anyone guess what drop is on that car? Is it like an Eibach Pro Kit or something more extreme?

It's not an Eibach Prokit. The drop in the front is too low. My guess is that he's either on Tein Springs, or some form of coilovers

Found this modded 01' on ebay. It has newer Accord wheels, a custom grill, drilled brake rotors, tinted windows, and tinted tail lights.

I've been slacking on the CL due to graduation coming up, (soo many tests and projects due) and also due to the fact that I bought a GSR and work is primarily being done to that.

I'll definitely post some updates soon though, school is just kicking my ass, that's why I only occasionally stop by here.

Are you talking about a GSR (bike), or an Acura Integra GSR?

The Suzuki GSR isn't available for the NA market, so Im pretty sure he meant an Integra GSR.

Car sitting way too high. Especially in back. Trunk looks bad like glue residue. Some tint would help.

that flat/satin black cl just dsnt look right. I bet it looks worse closer you get also. i wonder if that is the same guy I hosted the pictures for a few months back on here. I think he mentioned selling the car. Just noticed in the last pic you can read the word acura where the letters used to be.

BMW was on the news for investigation and national recall...many many lawsuits pending for the faulty turbo in 335i s

may want to check out faulty turbo pump reviews for this model cause it causes car to shut down suddenly

My guess is that they put the badges on after the repaint, and then took them back off. The passenger door and fender also seem to be a different shade than the rest of the car. I think a drop with tints will make it look great

IMO satin/flat/matte black doesnt work on the CL. It works on cars like the CTS-V because its angular and actually looks stealthy. But on something curvy like the CL it just looks cheap.

^ agreed, it looks like its waiting to go in for paint.
Also the black makes it look like its sitting even higher than stock. If it was slammed then maybe it would look nice

People grossly overestimate the price of this car, I sold my first CL still under cpo warranty for 10k even with 80k miles, and no accidents/clean carfax more then 2 years ago. Guess they plan on holding onto them for a while.

Looks like Kyle77777 gave in and traded his car in to a dealer. They want 12,999 for it:

It's very well kept

I agree also that paint job doesn't go with a CL even if it was lowered and had tints etc. Looks like a bad experiment.

No offense but id prefer no lip kit than how that one looks. Looks so tacked on and its obvious it isnt made for the car and is at the totally wrong angle.

Yea, Im not a fan of the 02-03 TL front lip, and it doesnt match up well with the Versus sides and rear.

Interesting find. An 01' CL-P Nav on ebay with only 29,000 miles. Someone should buy this and do a 6-Speed swap:

This part throws up a red flag:

THE CAR WAS IN A MINOR FRONT ACCIDENT (NO AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED) AND WAS PROFESSIONALY REPAIRED, NO SHORT CUTS TAKEN...DON'T HAVE THIS SCARE YOU, THEREFORE IT WAS ISSUED A FL REBUILT TITLE
They dont issue rebuilt titles for minor front collisions.

lol didn't catch that one

My CL has been in an accident where the driver airbag and front fender had to be replaced, but it was properly fixed to oem specifications, and the title still passed off as clean even with the accident, so I bought it
