20k maintenance light?

Why are the intervals not even matching to what the book says the oil change intervals are? I always change the oil/filter at the recommended 3750 miles, so I just did it at 18,500. I dunno, just struck me kinda strange.

its recommended change at 3750 miles?? i thought it was 3000 this whole time
