No, the TL is due for a redesign in about 2004, but you won't see a new CL for some time. the CL is the, as JZ says, bastard of the Acura lineup and they lways do us last.

Damn already asking for the redesign. The CL is new this year and like already posted Acura/Honda do redesigns every 4yrs or so. So a new CL prolly wont be until 2004-2005. The 2002 is suppost to have all the bugs worked out if that is what your worried about

they better not redesign the CL yet. I just got my car a few weeks ago, dont want to be driving around in an old model look already. What they should do is make a body kit instead of making redesigning the car.

I really think that until the CL/CL-S becomes the #1 sales in its class, like the TL/TL-S, will Acura make a body kit for the car.

Come on mang... you should know that a "design of a car" usually lasts about 4 years w/o any MAJOR redesigns and usually only getfascia lifts. With the exception of the Intergra which went nearly 8 years w/o a change till the induction of the RSX, you will not see a drastic change in the CL till the 2005 model. Expect to see that the CL will get a 6 speed in 2003 and I'd put my money that Honda will give the CL a facelift in 2003 and thats where the supposed bodykit will come in. It usually takes Honda 2-3 years after intial offering to prefect the shape of the car. Have you noticed that Honda loves to put black mirrors on the first year of production on some of it's cars? Anyone own a 1990 Accord? Notice that the only real difference between that and a 91 is the fact the 91 had body-colored mirrors? Anyone see a similarity here?
