2001 Type-S Shocks/Struts?

Hey guys, my factory shocks (?) are about done for at 150k miles
I'm trying to figure out whether I need shocks or struts? Can anyone clarify?
Also, anyone have any recommendations on which to buy?

Although I'm not sure, I believe the front & rear OEM struts are made by KYB?
Anyway, Rockauto has them on sale and they offer a 5% coupon.

If you order by 30 September there is a $50 rebate from KYB:

2 front and 2 rear struts are at wholesale closeout price (links above) $109.36 plus shipping. You could get all 4 with rebate under $75. What a deal!

I picked up all 4 Gabriel from Rockauto for $40 shipped recently with them in clearance. They're like $6 each in the front and $7 each in the rear. Comparable to KYB.
