Whats up I just bought a 2001 acurca cl type S. I just had a couple questions. Is comptech the only people that make after market parts for the car? Also I have navigation system and was wondering if there was any easy way to hook up a dvd player to the screen and how much is would cost. Thanks.

 

Your first question is pretty general in nature ... there's lots of mods provided by many different companies. As for the Navi and DVD, as with the first question, I suggest you try the search feature as both topics have been discussed in the past.

I saw you got 2 new tranny's. Do they suck or something? My car has 53000 miles on it. Do you think the tranny will go soon?

Depending on the product and/or mod you are looking for will depend on the vendors available for the part..

What part of PA are you from ?

 

I am from outside harrisburg. What the hell is with the transmissions? How much is a new one? That would suck if it goes bad.

 

There is a extended warranty of 7yr/100k miles on the transmission..

 

How are the exhausts for this car? Can you hear the vtec a lot better with exhaust and intake or is there no real difference? Also when you put intake, exhaust, etc, will the check engine light come on b/c that shit happened in my old car. Thanks again
