i think there was a dude on the tl board that said he will advise AGAINST buying a tl because of the headlight theft.
i told him that there are way more accords stolen than headlights from tl's, so he should just advise against buying accords instead.
he called me an ass for that remark.

This list shows the same thing it does every year. The most common cars on the road tend to get stolen the most. Because there are more out thre available to steal and more cars to put the stolen parts into.

alot of people are stealing chevy caprices now because they look very similiar to the 94-96 chevy impalas which are badass cars. guy i know wants one bad he gave it a good analogy, impalas are like a couch with nos, at least the 94-96 impalas are. the 2000 suck azz. But anyway those impalas are really rare and even though they were made a while back they still sell for the same price they were back then or higher. I seen one sell for 35k. there is one on ebay right now and its made by lengenfilther(sp?) and that car is 0-60 in like 4.65 secs and thats a huge car. anyways i keep getting off track. since the impalas are rare and expensive people by the caprice take off the badges and put impala badges on. Although if you really know impalas you can tell them apart easily when its a caprice. So all the ghetto people steal the easy to find caprice and turn it into an impala and think they are badass. wrong!

It's all years.....and camrys get stolen the most....why?
Look at which ones get stolen....the 1992 and below ones....why?
Because they had a master key for those Camrys....welcome to the real world boys...
That is some HS shit....riding around in a Camry stolen with a master key...or an Accord with a screwdriver.....

I have a 96 Impala too. It's my collector car. Doesn't see much driving. I have it stored. I take it out somtimes. Have about 12K miles on it. I bought it with 8K. Black on grey.
Notice the higher priced cars aren't on these lists? Like Lexus, BMW, MB, Audi, Acura etc.... That's strange. Also notice not many american cars, like Chryslers or Fords.

that info is missleading
first of all the NEW Accords 6 gen have immobilizers so those cars are harder to steal. The numbers are probably correct. but most of the accords that were stolen were previous generation without the immobilizer. ask yourself this question. do i know anyone that got their 6 gen accord stolen? remember stolen not broken into because every car can be smashed up.

Why would someone want to steal a COROLLA? If the cops are on to you you'll be involved in a LOW-speed chase!
I'm glad I have an alarm on my Jeep. I heard they are VERY easy to break into.
I hope those numb-nut theives don't figure out that the first gens have a lot of the Accord parts on 'em...
