I recently raced my 2000 Altima GXE against a neighbors 2000 CL-S. Believe it or not, in a quarter mile, I lost by less than car length. I have a manual transmission and an after-market turbo charger which I installed myself. I've also put sixteen inch wheels and tires on the car along with a 30hp enhancing computer chip. My car now has around 220 hp vs the CL-S's 260 hp. We raced twice, and the results were the same-I lost by about half of a car length. I put a total of about $12000 into the car including purchase price. You proud CL-S owners are severely overcharged for the said power you claim to receive. Where does the other $17000 go? Must be to buy the cows to make that pretty leather for your seats. Ha.

first of all your engine is modded and you probably pull 220 at the crank the stock cl-s pulls around 195~205 stock.

mostly i read of performance on your beloved/meniscule web page, thus i thought i should tell you that your car is overrated. i shouldn't say the car is overrated. rather, its performance is overrated. $30k for a car justified by the "love of driving"-woop-ti-do. how about $12k for a car plus $18k to invest-or hell, buy another car. you have too much money and are too vested in your own self interests to realize all you have is your pathetic little car. big deal.
