"blanked out"???? that sounds shady as hell. you dont just "blank out" behind the wheel, ESPECIALLY with other people in the car, unless you are either drunk, have a serious medical condition...or maybe getting a really good blowjob.

of course his buddies in the car are going to stick together and have a stand up story, but it just doesn't wash...
you took others lives in your hands after drinking and driving, and u deserve whatever penalties befall you.

Good to hear you're okay. I don't remember most of my motorcycle accident earlier this year- along with half a day prior. 12 hours of my life taken from my memories. But in the end, it's all about having your life intact.

1sicklex, i am trying to figure out still what happened. my friend has had an accident just like yours but even worse. i say worse because he destroyed several feet of oxygen producing trees. when i asked him what happened, he told me where it happened and the situation. knowing the conditions he faced, i was 100% sure that even g-d would have trouble helping him out on that one!
so whats the REAL story??

i apologize, i totally forgot that you blacked out. btw, my question to you was not meant to disrespect or put you down for what happened, i am merely just trying to examine the situation and see if any lessons can be extracted that i can learn from.
