03 CLS6 w/ 19K miles

Make what you want out of that price but that's the lowest mileage and cleanest CLS6 left in existence.

They need to use TheMightyQuinn's method to close up that driverside armrest gap!

Wasn't this car posted on here a couple months ago? Maybe I'm thinking of a different car. Still a beauty though. Wonder why they've kept it for so long, and undriven?

Why do these cars have this issue? Both me and my girl's car has this issue. Mine is worse then hers though. You can see the yellow foam a little bit on mine.

The driverside armrest on my CL-S6 has barely started to separate after 18+ years and high FL interior temps.

I'd say give me your arm rest, but it's the ugly tan. That was the #1 thing I was looking for when I bought my CL (not like I had many options), was I wanted the black interior.
Maybe that has something to do with it though? Black absorbs light, white reflects.

Been there, done that!
Black interior in South Florida heat=NO BUENO.

This silver 6-speed w only 19k miles is now on Autotrader, being offered from Naples Acura (Florida) for $29000.
It's had 6 oil and filter changes before it reached 15k back in Missouri. It wears brand new Continentals (yuck), when Costco carries the right Michelins.
Somebody did a nice job putting in the sporty chin lights with a factory switch.
Non-navi cars look so timeless inside. Very nice car!
I've got an '01 CL-S in silver with a whopping 69k.

Does this link work?

Continental extreme contact 225/45/17s are not a bad setup for those wheels. slightly modified...

I second that!
My current set of Conti Extreme contact sport's are the

In fact, back in 2002 shortly after I first purchased the car, while transiting a Florida rain soaked clover leaf off-ramp the OEM Michelins proved how they were.

I could not wait to exorcise them. Replaced promptly, when they became available, with 235/45/17 Toyo Proxie 4's, and ran two or three sets of those before discontinued.

Also had a set of BFG g-force t/a's; however, they were an excellent tire though loud AF.

Don't sweat it. IMHO, anything were better than the XMX4's.
The OG forum member, in post #9, may prefer the XMX4's; however, I was biased way before I even purchase the car & became a member here with the thread below.

Then when the Michelin's proved themselves, that particular day, let's just say new underwear & tires were a priority.

I also have Continentals... not extreme contact but pure contact. they are nice

I'm also really curious about that armrest fix, though... Mine has some separation as well
