03 cls6 vs. 08 tlp auto

I own both of these cars. My wife and I decided to race them to see which was faster. She insisted on driving the CL even though she is not as skilled as I am at driving a stick. She beat me with ease! I didn't see tail lights but damn! I was gonna get rid of the CL because it was totaled from hail damage. But now I'll keep her and slowly buy parts to fix her. Both cars are bone stock.

Interesting. Would have bet on the 3.5. Put some headers on the CL!

It was a base so only a 3.2 motor with an auto. If it was a 6 speed it would have been close

I raced my bro in my modded Cls auto in his 08 TL s with 40000kms on it and absolutely murdered him... 0-100mph I pulled on him from the line till the end of 3rd gear. So I'd expect her to have won.

The cl is fast.. I dunno what to say except. :-)

Definitely a lot of fun. My wife also has on 04 Impala SS that lost to both my 08 TL and my CL, but it absolutely owns my 99 TL. Yes I have 3 Acuras.

No doubt the 6 speeds make quite a difference with the J-series.

CLS6s are not far behind the 3G TL-S 6 speed, so there's no surprise here.

I had a I/H/E/P CLS6 and now I have a TL 6MT with full RV6 exhaust.

CLS6 was faster and way more fun to drive. CLS6 is best bro.
