03 CLS Performance Upgrades???

What's up everyone,
I'm a So Cal native living in D.C. and I want to know what I can do to add more power... I'm already aware of the Comptech website... I noticed someone said they can install turbo Cali. Where can I get this stuff at? My goal is to be over 300 whp.

Although next upgrades are Chrome 18s and suspension , because the roll on a stock suspension is way too much.

Input please!!!!

I believe Mr Steve was runnin' @ if not over 300whp with comptech mods, supercharger, and intercooler? ((btw, he had an auto tranny CL))

With All Motor's turbo set up (From So-cal), I think you're lookin' @ like, 400whp if not more. He has a six speed.

You can get 369 WHP with the SC/IC with a 6MT.

  1. With the S/C installed and without quiet tips: 305 WHP, 262 FT-LBS TQ
  2. With the S/C installed and with quiet tips: 296 WHP, 256 FT-LBS TQ
  3. Original dyno back in October 2003 without the S/C but with I/H/FULL-CATBACK: 236 WHP, 201 FT-LBS TQ

5AT... and I'm seriously rusty... but I've done as much as rebuild my engine at 16 yo... with my fathers who is now an auto shop teacher. Basically, I can do just about anything, but I'm not familiar with my own engine yet.

It also comes down to how much time you have. You could go a custom turbo route which will take time, patience and some skill. Or you could get the blower, install it and nearly forget about it. However, you will not get 300 WHP. Thbat would take more boost and intercooling and again will take time, patience and some skill.

So, if you just want more power easy, get the blower but don't expect 300 WHP (270 WHP is possible though). If 300 WHP is mandatory, prepare to spend some time and $$.

On my dyno with the SC/H/I/E I got 269 whp, and 249 trq with just the blower. Mrsteve car was a freak auto which netted 295 whp. As scalbert has said if 300 whp is a must get the SC w/the IC setup and you will be over you goal of 300+whp.

Thanks Every1 and in Final Thoughts

BTW, my 03 CLS w/ Comptech IcBx/H/Ex took a 2005 Infiniti G35... not sure if it was AT or manual, but I was about half a car length ahead in under 50 yards... light 2 light or it would have been a lot more. Didn't realize he was ready to race, but once I heard his car's RPM drastically increased.... mine did too. So obviously the G35 looses a lot of HP from engine to wheels too. Plus, my car is weighted down with sound proffing throughout the entire car.
