'03 6-Speed 1/4 Mile ET's
I don't visit Car Talk often (and the search function, well you know), and don't know if anyone has taken their 6-Speed to the track. Does anyone know what the 0-60 and 1/4 mile ET's are?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I dunno about half a car length. When I test drove the manual I felt that if launched correctly that car would be VERY much faster than the auto. The 6MT felt faster than my car with headers and intake.

I'm not debating on the 6-Speed being quicker, it should be without a doubt. But how much will need to be measured at the track as the feel is worthless.
All manual equiped cars of near performance to an automatic will feel much quicker. It has to do with the involvement and the varying thrust due to clutch engagement/disengagement along with a more direct feel.

I agree with those numbers. Which means i/h/e will put even a wack driver well into the 13's. That sucks, cause I just bought my car a couple months ago, and now I have to seriously consider buying the 6 speed

could you imagine....a cl-s with bolt ons and about a 80 shot...runing 12.9....that'd be sweet....total sleeper...

Of course, that would only be possible in a 6 speed. (I'm sure that's what you meant though.)
