Im looking at getting a New System for my Acura. Its got the factory system in it right now. I got 2 quick questions.


1. If I get a new HU is there anywhere for my steering wheel controls to still work. (this is a 2nd part of Question 1) What the hell did you guys do to fill up that BIG ass space when you got a new HU.

2. Im looking at getting the system done profressionally since im not that skilled in Audio. Im looking to Email some places on the East coast to ask if I could get a discount when I get back back from Iraq (second time over). I dont know any decent places though. My car is in NY and I think ill be moving to Fl when I get back for College. So Ill be driving the whole east coast and would like to put some well earned money on my car when I get back

i was an installer at a very good shop at circuit city and there was a part made by soundgate that would allow certain cars and steering controls to work with aftermarket stereos but they did not work very well and the part was expensive..

if anyone else has any new information on updated parts or advice that would be great because i am not 100% certain..

and i would like to know also because i plan on installing an alpine touch screen w/ NAVI in the next year or so..
