01 CL-S Next to the moonroof buttons what are the other two?

Canadian CL's
One of the blanks probably support a switch for the running lights, and the other blank a switch for the light washers. I think both of these are Canadian requirements. This is just a quess. Hopefully, a Canadian owner will reply to verify.

maybe acura just did it as a favor to us mod-happy folks. I have my alarm glass break sensor and indicator light in one of those blanks, and will be wiring my PIAA's into the TL fog light switch in the other blank soon.

They are there on the CL because they needed them for the TL, but no use on the CL.
On the UA5, it is, from left to right --
