Going car hunting again this weekend. I might actually look at a E430 this weekend. I have never driven those but they look good with the AMG package and dark tints all around. Only if the car is Silver or Black. But I got a feeling its 'feel' is going to be shit compared to the BMW.

I'd get a RMM intercooled-supercharged Lexus GS430 [Onyx Black, Navi, accessories, tinted out] running at 6psi, i/e, LSD, T/C, valve body [that's $70k so far], strut/sway bars, TEIN HA coil-over suspension, AP racing brake upgrade [another $10k], Lowenhart BSD 20" chrome wheels w/ Pirelli P-Zero's, Veilside wide body kit [another $10k], Boston Acoustics sound system powered by PPI, Sony TV's, VCR, etc. throw in some racing pedals and stickers hehe...Total comes out to be around $100k, I have a luxurious sports sedan [practical fo' do'], show car [that looks better than most all-out 4-banger show cars], go car that can murder [MOST] Ferraris, NSXs, BMWs, AMGs, ZO6s, Trans Ams, S4s, Skylines, 911's, Civics w/ engine swap, turbo and what not [notice I didn't mention modified Hennessey Vipers and modified Supra TT's...the real monsters of the streets], and a stereo system that will put most to shame [there's ALWAYS something better].

Brand new BMW M3 and mods. Although I've never even been IN a BMW so I don't know if I'd even like it.
Other choice would be importing a brand new SupraTT (if they still make them and if they're still dead sexy) and mods.
Other other choice would be a CL-S for everyday driving (I love our car) and a Dodge Viper for the weekends. Might JUST fit that in the budget. Comes awful close to breaking $100k though, especially with Viper prices getting close to $75-80k with options and an '01 CL-S around $29k.
