TLS to get MANUAL, NOT the CLS...

TLS to get MANUAL, NOT the CLS...
OK people, I JUST watched Autoweek and they said that the TLS which is currently available with an auto tranny, will be getting a 6 speed manual tranny. Look for it LATER THIS YEAR.
The above is almost exactly as they stated.
They did not say anything about the CL or CLS.
Now, my opinion is that if the TLS gets one, CLS should be getting one for sure. I see no good reason. The CLS should have been the first to get it if you ask me. It is after all, the coupe in the family line-up.
That is what Autoweek said, and I believe them, they have not reported anything that was not true ever. So I dont care what dealers are telling you, Autoweek knows before any stupid dealer...trust me.

The fact is... Honda Executives confirmed that a 6-speed is being worked on for the CLS.
It is a fact. Straight from the horses mouth.
Autoweek just doesnt care about the CL... nobody does... thats why they dont mention it.

And heres what Thomas Elliot said about the manual:
In the April 23 issue of Automotive News, the publication asked Thomas Elliot, Honda's executive vice-president, "You still refuse to confirm the rumors of a V8 engine coming from Acura."
Elliott's response was, "It's still out there, and it's not close enough to talk about. Acura still has to focus on our volume sellers like the TL and RSX, and some new things for 2002 like a manual transmission for the CL."
