What the best tires for 18/7.5 offset 42
FTW! I just purchased some Works CR Kai 18/ 7.5 with +42 offset. I wanted a nice look I already droped it with H&R springs .. What size tires would make it look the best...???

These size tires would be way too small (short). The wheels are too wide and the car would look pretty dumb (as well as perform pretty poorly). I would suggest sticking with one of the plus 1 sizes. Ideally, you'd want the 215/45x18 size. 235/40x18 is an option, but 7.5" is a little narrow for the them, and with the 42 offset, they'd stick out a bit. And, if you're dropped more than just a little, you might rub occasionally with the 235's. But either of these would allow the same size tire as OE (diameter) and they should look good too.

Do 225/45 or 40. They'll be fine. I had 225/40 18 on my Volks SE37a's that were 18x7.5 +40 offset. Stock tsx rims are 17x7 so .5 more rim width can and will def be able to handle 10mm wider tires.

225 on 7.5 is not beefy. So you could go with:
225/40R18
225/45R18
215/45R18
With 225/45R18 speedo reads exactly as GPS and the gap between the fender and the tire would be the smallest.
Here's the pic of how it looks with 225/45R18 with Eibach prokit springs:
also lower profile tire = more pressure to your suspension parts
225/40R18
225/45R18
215/45R18
