RSB - Greaseable Bushings
I tried the following bushings from Summit Racing
ENS-9-5158G
Needless to say, the bushings fit GREAT!!! However, the brackets are too large for them to mount up using the stock holes. So, don't bother using them.
Took one for the R&D team on this one, but they were only $14, so no biggy.

Yeah, I used the bushings and brackets with the Comptech kit. HOW IN THE HELL did you get the ones from Summit Racing to fit. They were a good 1/4" wider than the Comptech ones.

Actually, I have no idea how the hell I did get them in Maybe it was mind over matter?
Aren't the ones from Summit Racing the Energy Suspension bushings? Before I put my Comptech bar in, I ordered these poly bushings so I could do the install all at once. My father-in-law helped me with it... it literally took 3 hours to do the damn (simple) install because of the awkwardness of the brackets...
I ran to the local hardware store and got slightly longer machine screws and a better offset ratchet to help... and I used the original washers that went with the stock bar because it looked like the screws could potentially go through the openings on the brackets. I'll take pictures if you want to see.... I'm actually planning on switching out my bar for the Progress one anyway to try to accomodate the Tanabe exhaust down the line...

Everyone was right, this is a mod ABSOLUTELY worth it. This changed my car as much as lowering did.
I used the washers provided with the kit as both the Comptech and Energy Suspension bracket holes were large enough for the bolts to pass through under torque.

This greaseable bushings are from energy suspension right?
I got this bushings to find if the clunking sound will go away after installing comptech rsb and the brackets definitely do not fit.
But I installed my bushings at a shop and they actually squeezed the brackets to narrow down the distance. Mechanic was pretty much pissed trying to install the bracket because it would not fit in. But its on now. Hopefully everything stays fit.
After the install, clunking pretty much dissapeared. Bushings provided by comptech seemed very thin on the upper part when compared with energy suspension's bushings. Maybe that was why it was making clunking noise??

These are no where close, IMO, I tried a few times to get the bolts in, was even considering doing some enlarging of the holes, but didn't want to cut the brackets until I figured out if anyone on the forum used them successfully.

I'll take pics of underneath the car, but it'll have to wait until the weekend… unless you want to snap some Joe? I work until about 6-6:30pm everyday, and have about a 1-2 hour commute home depending on the traffic, so by the time I get home, it's already dark outside. It WAS a pain in the ass, but once I got the screws to catch, it was just a matter of torquing them tight. To be completely honest, fitting the washers between the screwhead and bracket were what gave me the trouble MORESO than the bracket. I didn't have to squeeze the bracket at all.

Alright, I figured it out. There are 3 different part numbers for the 22mm bushings
The one you got moda I would say is the wrong one:

What is that on the bracket? A greasing point? Whatever it is, that whole bracket dosent look right.
Here are the 2 part #'s that should work:

95108
And besides a buck fiddy, not sure if there is any difference between those two. But there is a noticable difference from the one you have.

I also used the energy suspension bushings for my comptech RSB. I used the graphite empregnated (sp?) ones. I used the energy suspension brackets also, but I kept the stock bolt but removed the smallish stock washers from it (they were PITA to remove) and used the bigger washers when I installed the brackets

Ryan... those are the same exact ones I have. Hmmmm... I guess I will have to take pictures to prove that they do in fact fit without modification. I didn't have to squeeze them at all, or grind the washer into the bracket. They should be exactly the same dimensions as the one that Joe put on his, except mine have the Zenk nozzles to allow for easy greasing. The part number was 95158G.

Honestly, I have those greaseable poly bushings on my Prelude and I have yet need to grease them. I only applied the grease during installation like I did to all my other cars. No noise from any of them. Some of them have been on for many years.

I'm going to try it this weekend. Would be nice to have poly and the grease fitting. I know I'll have to make the slots a little bigger near the bushing, but shouldn't be but an 1/8" on each side. Will post my success.

How much driving does the Lude get? My TSX is a daily and sees every weather condition.

Go with 95126G (at summitracing.com it is ENS-9-5126G), but this isn't the one with the grease fitting.
I've almost finished modifing mine and I'll be checking to see if they work soon. I've been somewhat busy doing key mods, so I barely have time to get under the car.
Summit has the ENS-16-5137G (front non-grease fitting), but it won't be available until 11/22/2005 per their site.
