Progress RSB Install Help

The instructions ask to bolt the bar back on to OEM specs. What are the OEM bar specs for tightening the bar?

Also, what do you guys think the best setting is, soft or stiff? I wan't to get away from as much body roll as possible. Do I go the stiff route? Anyone with the bar try the different settings and have a view on both?

thanks!

Endlink torque: 38Nm (28 lbf.ft) with a self locking nut. If you reuse the nut, then you need to get it even tighter.

You would go with the stiffer setting if you wanted to reduce the body roll. For the brackets that hold the bar to the chassis just hand tighten them with a ratchet until firm. Don't over torque them or the bolt will snap.

is there a new generation of progress RSB that allows for the use of both settings? I remember an old thread where only one of the settings was viable for the TSX

On our cars, does the sway bar have to be preloaded before final tightening (sp?)
