which one of these fitments will work on my 06tsx. help pleaseee

The only one that will work is the last one, however +38 offset is still too low. Your front wheels are gonna stick out past the front fender.

do a quick search of "buddy club" and you will find what you need. The 18x8 38mm offset will fit but if you lower your car, anything lower than 1.5" will most likely rub.
