This is an update to a previous post that was started in 2010. WRPMotorsports has obtained the TSX that was described in the previous post.

In conjunction with OPM Autosports based in Cumming, Georgia we are in the process on modifying the car to conform to SCCA ITR or ITS rules. I'll attempt to keep updating this information as modifications are completed.

Since this car was built to a different rule set we are in the process of identifying what parts need to be replaced to conform to the SCCA rule set.

At this time the roll cage needs to be modified for additional clearence at the top of the windscreen, and the additional cage bracing at the windscreen and B pillar need to be removed to conform to the maximum allowed attaching points per SCCA rules.

A new Sparco Circuit seat and HANS compatible belts have been installed. A gauge package including a Longacre tachometer, oil pressure and temperature, and water temperature are also being installed into the center console.

We will also be equipping the car with a complete Traqmate data acquisition system including two in car cameras. A Cool Shirt driver cooling system will also be installed.

Build update: Car has been in the paint shop in Atlanta but with all of the cold weather the paint process is taking longer than expected. Hope to have photos up in the next couple of weeks.
